Pepsi retained us to create 22 generic country ringtones to support a campaign headlined by Mariah Carey and Kayne West. Although they weren’t expecting to use Country artists, we recommended a new, relatively unknown artist, Taylor Swift, as an option. Pepsi agreed. Her debut album was released shortly afterward and her ringtone was one of the top 10 downloaded in all genres.
